Experienced software tester

Welcome to the world of high performance Automotive Solutions. Due to the continued growth of our organization, we are looking for an enthusiastic, independent, and experienced Software Tester to join our development team.

What will you do?

Within the development team, you will be responsible for the functional and technical testing of the CarWise software. You play an important role in maintaining and improving the quality of our software, working closely with developers and consultants, and are involved throughout the entire development process. Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing functional specifications and acceptance criteria
• Executing functional tests and regression tests (for major releases), validating whether the software meets business and user requirements
• Testing integrations, workflows, and end-to-end processes
• Logging, following up on, and retesting findings and bugs
• Interpreting reports and data to verify the correctness of functionalities
• Aligning test results with stakeholders and providing clear recommendations
• Contributing ideas for quality improvement of processes and applications

One thing is certain: your role is challenging, varied, and has a significant impact on the quality of our software.

What do we expect from you?

• HBO (bachelor’s level) thinking and working ability with experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a focus on quality
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing
• Strong communication skills and the ability to report clearly
• A proactive attitude and a true “a commitment is a commitment” mentality
